Guidelines
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your swim lesson time at your swim lesson location. This allows lessons to begin and end promptly.
- Please have your child swim lesson ready:
- Swim lesson ready: bathing suit on, sunscreen applied, swim diaper on (if necessary) and ready with towel and any pool/diving toys they wish to use in their lesson.
- Lateness: In an effort to honor the instructor's schedule, please note, your lesson will still end on time even if there is a late arrival or start time.
- Cancelation Policy: We understand that emergencies happen. First, please contact Whitney (the owner) at (631)-680-3683. Notice of cancelation needs to occur at least 24 hours prior to the start of your lesson time. If notice is given in less than 24 hours, a $35 cancelation fee will be charged.
- Make-up Lessons: Please contact Whitney to schedule all make-up lessons.
- Inclement Weather: Should inclement weather occur, lessons will never take place if there is thunder or lightning. A little rain doesn’t hurt! Lessons will still occur in light rain.
- Payments: Payments are due at the time of service via Zelle
- Zelle: Zelle payments must be made at the start of the lesson and sent to whitneylerman@yahoo.com .
- Please Put your CHILD'S NAME and DATE of the lesson in the memo section
